I wiped alcohol wipe in vagina after getting a cut. i am 30 weeks pregnant. should i worry about alcohol absorption harming my baby?

No: You would have to consume alcohol orally, through an IV or via enema to be an issue here. Although in the future, I wouldn't use an alcohol wipe in the vagina as that can cause pain and burning.
