I see you live..: ..in a humid climate--Florida. This problem is quite common in the summer months, especially with added humidity. Bacteria grows on the skin creating an odor. Some men use antiperspirants along the scrotum just as they use on their underarms. But washing well and DRYING well are key, too.To aid dryness, use a talc powder like Gold Bond. Special products especially for this are found in drug stores
