When does puberty end?

Usually By 18 Years: Puberty is the period of transition to adult sexual maturity. Begins in males around 14.9 yrs on average (range of 13-17.3 yrs), with completion by 18 yrs. In males, the onset is signaled by enlargement of scrotum/penis and growth spurt occurs about 2 yrs later. Final height is reached by 18 yrs in most. Genetics plays a major role in final height and other physical characteristics.
