Age 15-17: There are 5 stages of puberty. The landmark for girls is menstruation which on avg starts at age12-13 at late stage 3, early stage 4. After that height growth slows, but breasts and hips become fuller by stage 5. Which is considered mature adult. Some girls start puberty 2-3 years earlier or later, and are still healthy. Often, there is a familial pattern.
