I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and she took postinor-2 (both tablets) like 45mins after sex. i would like to know if she can get pregnant?

Possible yes: It is possible for her to get pregnant. It is unlikely though. Medications like postinor 2 if taken within 12 hours of unprotected sex are 95% effective in preventing pregnancy. I suggest using condoms and that she use some other form of birth control as well if you really do not desire pregnancy.
