AnythingPossibleBut-: Unlikely. In fact I'd say very unlikely. It is possible to contract urethritis from someone whose mouth is infected with Chlamydia or Gonorrhea but untreated pneumonia? No. I'm trying to imagine someone "administering" oral sex while coughing a lot. Hmmmm, might be...interesting. But in any event, if you have any UTI symptoms, get it checked out. You might have gotten it some other way.
