A member asked:

Is it safe to have sex with a condom if my boyfriend has chlamydia from a previous relationship?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: Many STD's like chlamydia are occasionally able to bypass condoms and cause infection. I would make sure he is fully assessed for this and other infections and treated before becoming exposed. Chlamydia can make you sterile.
