You can: The concern with chlamydia is that it may cause damage to the fallopian tubes blocking eggs and sperm. Before getting too worried, maybe use some ovulation prediction kits to time intercourse and if no luck in 3-4 months then discuss testing your tubal patency with your gynecologist. You risk of tubal pregnancy will be higher.

Here are some...: Some 10-15 % of couples have difficulty to conceive in a year of unprotected coitus. Among infertile couples, 50% of causes for infertility lie directly in women and 30% in men, and 20 % partly in women and women.
