See your doctor: From your question, I am assuming that you are having irregular periods along with pain in your back, breasts, and groin along with urinary frequency. This requires a full history, exam and appropriate testing to diagnose since there are many possibilities. See your PCP or GYN for a diagnosis and treatment. Hope you feel better fast.
