Keep taking pack: Do you mean that you did not take the placebo pills, but continued on to the next pack of active pills? Breakthrough bleeding can occur with prolonged use of active pills. If you mean that you did not have a period at the expected time but have taken it correctly you may by experiencing some hormone flux (due to stress etc.) contributing to the missed period. Continue the current pack as normal.
