Watch closely: Possibly sex caused an ovarian cyst to break or leak. This can be pretty painful for a while but will gradually improve. If it doesn't then you must consider a bladder infection (UTI) or even a more general pelvic infection and should be checked. The cervix itself has few nerve endings but if there is inflammation in the areas around it, then moving it can be very painful.
