Pelvic pain: Female pelvic pain can be from various causes. The most serious are ectopic pregnancy, pelvic inflammatory disease and appendicitis. All can be life threatening or life altering if untreated. I would seek out care as soon as possible and not wait until a convenient time to seek treatment.
