STD/STI or UTI: Unprotected sex can lead to sexually transmitted disease/infection which can manifest as lower stomach pain. Urinary tract infection (UTI) can also present in the same way but usually w/burning urination + frequency & urgency. Go see your doctor for evaluation. Or go to planned parenthood for same. Condoms can lower risk for std/sti as well as for pregnancy.
