Many possibilities: Yeast infection? Allergy? Herpes? See a doctor and get it checked out. The sooner the better -- some problems, especially herpes, are harder to diagnose and treat the longer you wait. Since you're in the UK, an NHS GUM clinic would be an excellent choice for expert, confidential, lifestyle-sensitive care. Good luck!
