HPV: HPV is not treated or affected by Vitamins. If you want to take a Vitamin just for general health then choose a once a day basically multivitamin. It will include folic acid. Avoid taking excess vitamins as this can actually make your over all health worse.

None: Cervical dysplasia and high grade HPV are risks for the development of cervical cancer. No vitamins will help eradicate these issues. A study done in Texas years ago revealed that even laser treatment of the entire female lower genital tract will not eradicate HPV. Folic acid recommendation is 1mg daily or 4 mg daily if trying to conceive.
