Can showering,douching,wiping prevent pregnancy at all if semen has come in contact or near vagina,vulva?

Not at all: None of those things will help decrease the risk of pregnancy after intercourse. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy. Then see a doctor to start birth control to avoid these scares in the future.
