Painful sex : You may have caused some trauma to your cervix with deep penetration, or induced a laceration in the vaginal canal from traumatic or rough sex. If bleeding continues to persist you need a vaginal exam to rule out trauma and culture to rule out STD or other infection that can cause bleeding.
