Ok: This happens from time to time in pregnancy from hormones and baby position. Check with your on to rule out infection but usually this is not a problem. I hope all is well with you.

Normal: Weight of baby, especially when standing, slows down the venous and lymphoid return of the external genitalia, contributing to the swelling.
