Yes: Depo usually is effective for a little more than 3 months, after 6 months you may not have return of your periods but you may still ovulate and be able to become pregnant.

Yes, depo shot is: reliable for contraception for 90 days, but even though you haven't had a period, it has been more than 90 days so you are susceptible to getting pregnant.
