Painful pimples out of my vagina after waxing. how to cure this. is there any good creme to apply ?

Common problem: Wash the area daily, apply a good moisturizing lotion, avoid shaving the area until the hair grows out for a while. You could apply a small amount of antibiotic ointment such as bacitracin. If this is getting worse or not getting better after a week of the above, see you doctor.
