May not be the same: If you received the correct antibiotic treatment and you were not exposed again it would not be likely to not have had resolution of the infection. What could have happened is that the antibiotic led to a yeast infection and those symptoms are being mistaken for the original chlamydia infection. You need to see your medical provider to confirm and if that is the case the treatment is easy.
