Needs evaluation: There are several possibilities including genital warts, cysts, blocked glands, etc. To treat appropriately it has to be evaluated. Given the fact it has been present for 3 months it is unlikely to go away on its own.

See Clinician: If lesion is persisting and bothering her, she should see a clinician who can examine the lesion, perform diagnostic tests or biopsy if needed, and remove or treat it appropriately. Take Care!
