Don't: Ever squeeze these things! They can become infected. Apply warm compresses several times a day to help it resolve. It could be an ingrown hair or an inclusion cyst which is like a pimple.

Ingrown hair: at the fold, the other side wall applied pressure on top of a hair trying to grow forcing to the stay under the surface and now its growning inside and the reason its not going away.
