Please contact the: Nursery nurses at your birth hospital for the names of hospital- or community-based lactation specialists who can help you with engorgement & help your son attach to your nipple for successful nursing. In the meantime, try to relax enough to attempt nursing for a few minutes each side at every feed before you give him breast milk from a bottle. Do you have a boppy & a comfy rocking chair?
