How can i poop clean without stool inside my rectum after a bowel movement?

Your rectum: Your rectum usually isn't spotless and it's difficult to imagine you could keep it completely clean of poop without using a laxative or enema. That being said, keeping your stools soft by eating a healthy diet is the best insurance for a clean rectum.
