Fibroid?: Do you mean fibroid? As far as I know there is no such thing as a thyroid in the vagina, the thyroid gland is located in the neck. Fibroids occur in the uterus. They are non-cancerous growths of uterine smooth muscle and if it is small is shouldn't cause any problems.
