Neither: It is not necessary that one is stronger than another but one may work better for a different patient depending on that persons makeup and symptoms.Luvox is SSRI used for OCD/depression and Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Effexor XR (venlafaxine) are selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) antidepressants used for treating depression and anxiety disorders.
