Yes: Those medicine are safe in the correct doses. Usually Progesterone is only used in the first 10 weeks of pregnancy and then stopped. Aspirin is also safe in pregnancy. You should have no reason to be worried.

If you have these concerns share them with your ob/gyn and your primary doctor. You can also go to your pharmacist. They can consult to talk to you about the teratogenic effect of any medication. Communicate your concerns.
