Start over tomorrow: Probably it would work if you took the second pill tomorrow. However, this has not been studied so its effectiveness can't be guaranteed. If you were my patient, I would advise starting over tomorrow -- i.e. to take the full single dose (1 gram). Call your doctor and discuss the best approach.
