Very unlikely: Being one hour late is very unlikely to put you at risk for pregnancy. Usually women need to be at least 24 hours late to be at risk. So you can be hours late and still be safe. That being said its best to take the pill around the same time each day.

Not likely : It is good that you are taking your birth control pills as recommended. The single day 1 hour delay should not cause failure of your contraceptive.
