No, not for life: I think you're the same person who asked a very similar question not long ago. See my previous reply. Your immune system will clear your HPV. LSIL isn't serious and will also clear up. This should have no effect at all on your sex life. You're not alone: almost everyone gets HPV at least once, and at any time 25-50% of all people your age have it. Get vaccinated to reduce future risk of HPV.
