UTI: You probably have cystitis (bladder infection) that is quite common in women and should clear with the medication you are receiving. Whether the vaginal odor will change depends upon its cause. If this is bacterial vaginosis trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole may not have an effect. You should go and be examined by a gynecologist. Best wishes.
