Cervical mucus: A clear string or discharge coming out of your vagina after urinating is most likely cervical mucus. At the time of ovulation the cervical mucus becomes profuse and egg white-like. The length to which it will string out is actually one of the things looked for in fertility testing. Hope this helps.
