A member asked:

Can anyone know when their cycle should start after stopping their birth control pill?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not usually: Most Healthy women will resume their normal ovulation and normal menstrual cycles within the first 1 to 3 months after stopping their oral contraceptive pills. A small group may take a bit longer or bleed irregularly... and a smaller minority may experience what has been called "post pill amenorrhea". If you need to know, you may ask your gynecologist how you can learn to tell when/if you ovulate
