Im having swelling on the bottom of my left testicle! The swelling goes all the way down towards my anus. The middle vein of the scrotum looks off also and the swelling seems to be on that line just when it goes down into my perineum. What is this?
Left testicle swollen, tightness in area between anus and scrotum. Whats happing? This is making me anxious its not normal.
