Not harmful: Youre probably experiencing retrograde ejaculation, a side effect of the drug. The semen goes into the bladder, and you'll notice it coming out (looks like snot) when you urinate. It's weird but harmless. It temporarily reduces your fertility, but not enough to rely on for contraception.
