Need full eval: Any male who has not started to go through puberty by age 15 should have a full evaluation by a pediatric endocrinologist. Your local doc can call ahead to see if a pedi or adult endo would be best for your case. Hormonal and genetic studies are needed and your local doc might be able to get some started before your consultation.Treatment would depend on what is found.
