Probably not: If you think you might be pregnant you should do a pregnancy test. Home pregnancy tests are readily available, inexpensive, easy to use, and very reliable. Although the cycle you had may not have been like your usual periods, it was most likely menses, and it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Right sided lower stomach pain could be from appendicitis or ovarian cyst.

Unlikely: If your period came on time, even though it was "light", you are probably not pregnant. Abdominal pain isn't the most common symptom of pregnancy; much less common than fatigue, nausea, back pain. Lower abdominal pain at mid-cycle (day 14 or so) can be due to ovulation. Constipation can cause right sided abdominal pain, too. Push fluids, fiber in diet, exercise; call your doctor if lasts >2 days
