Loss of libido: If testosterone is okay. We have to think of psychological cause. Stress, anxiety depression, unhappy relationships and worries can take away the libido also. Talk to your doctor about your problems and seek proper advice

Many things affect: libido.From mood/depression to medications ,to physiologic disorders of vasculature,and the complex list goes on.Many times there is more than one cause( multi factorial).If libido is the problem,consult first with Endocrinology.If medical work up is equivocal,don't forget Sex Therapist.Good luck☺️
