No: Sperm can swim, but they're not superheroes. If semen wasn't anywhere near the vagina, pregnancy won't happen... but be sure to get on a good birth control method soon. Also, just keep some condoms handy. Condoms are great at preventing STD's and also may decrease vaginal discharge and vaginal odor by not allowing a bunch of semen to sit in the vagina.
