Does washing my vagina right after sex will prevent me from getting pregnant? for how much time should i wait to wash my vagina after sex to conceive?

There: is no reason to wash your vagina. I am assuming you mean douching. But as long as sperm had enough time to travel into the cervix and uterus, this should not stop conception. It could disrupt things if you douch soon after sex.
