Pregnancy need test: If the question is about pregnancy then, did you miss your period? If not, wait to see if it comes. If not then, pregnancy test. If peeing a lot and/or other symptoms such as burning when urinating or having to go right away, not being able to hold it, etc. then, you need to get your urine tested for possible infections.

Possible: If you are having unprotected intercourse and your period is late or abnormal, you could be pregnant but many other things can cause these symptoms. Check a pregnancy test to know for sure. However, the pain you describe is not normal even if you are pregnant and needs to be evaluated ASAP by your PCP, a gynecologist, or an urgent care clinic. Hope this helps and you feel better fast.
