It's grown together: Sometimes the foreskin can begin to stick to the glans. This often starts in childhood. Gentle stretching and retraction of the foreskin will sometimes help in the younger years, but at your age, it is likely you should see a doctor to determine if stretching is still an option, or if a surgical procedure of clipping the attachments is needed. This is not a circumcision, but a small clipping.
