Prozac (fluoxetine): Absolutely your wife can become pregnant. The side effect that we most often hear about is delayed ejaculation with any SSRI. My suggestion would be to drink more water ... Sometimes dilution aids to increase velocity (although there are only anecdotal reports to support this - more water never hurts). Good luck!
