Can you eat nuts?: Not sure why you gave the yellow mucus, but I doubt that you need to worry. If you are trying to gain weight & you don't have allergies or problems with nuts, why not increase them in your diet? They're natural, have healthy fats, protein, minerals & fiber - not to mention calories. Hope that helps.
