Could be normal: but one concern I have is a condition called lichen sclerosis. It can cause white areas that may or may not be tender/sensitive. Lichen sclerosis can occur in vaginal area and other areas of body. It's usually treated with a prescription topical cortisone (steroid). You'd have to see a doctor for it.
