Since 2010 i've problems with penetration, the external part of my vagina irritates a lot , i already took meds and tests and its all ok, not vaginism.

May need lubrication: Sorry to hear of your trouble. Intimate relation is a very important part of life and anything making it a problem could lead to trouble in the long run. I am not sure what exactly is causing your trouble, but the labia maybe too large/redundant and penile penetration ins/outs can cause excessive in-out folding which can irritate your skin, especially if he is large. Adding lubrication may help.
