Not legally: In the us. It's a prescription drug because: 1) most people don't need it regularly, 2) most folk won't know how to dose or use it correctly, 3) there may be reasons why you should not be using it anyway. If you can buy it online that's kinda scary, i wouldn't do it. It's not a tylenol (acetaminophen).
