No single one better: All bcp help with symptoms of pcos. The differences between different pills is minimal and mostly theoretical. The more important one is just the one that doesn't cause irregular bleeding or any other adverse side effects.

Varies: Almost any birth control pill will regulate the cycle in women with pcos. For many women, the very low dose pills are more likely to result in spotting and breakthrough bleeding.
