Probably not, but: The half life of Azithromycin is 50-72 hours; you will probably have enough drug left in your system to prevent infection, but there is absolutely no way to be sure - this sort of thing has never been tested.

Chlamydia: Treating chlamydia is usually very effective and one is often not contagious after about 48 hours after treatment. So, you may very well be fine. But, watch for any symptoms.
